Hello Family and Friends! Thank you so much for the letters this week! They really make my day :) Brady, thank you for the cute letter! And Carter is so cute! That baby announcement is right above my desk so I can see it every day! Grandma and Grandpa, thank you for your weekly letters! I always know it's you when that seal pops out of the envelope! haha Lindsey CONGRATS ON YOUR MISSION CALL!!!! You are going to do so great! Happy birthday/anniversary to everyone!

First of all, I am going to have the biggest garden when I'm older and let the misisonaries where I am living have free reign over it. I LOVE when people give us stuff from their gardens! We barely have to buy groceries!!

On Tuesday, Sister Owens and I gave a training about the Role of the Holy Ghost in Conversion. It went really good!! It is so important to understand that it is only through the Spirit that people can be converted to the gospel. We had to take our car into Idaho Falls for them to take pictures of it today. I guess it will take about three days to fix, so we will take it in when we get permission. We tracted Tralee and Lemmon apartments at night and got 4 people to give us their numbers so that we could come back!

On Wednesday we did service with the spanish Elders (Elders Hernandex and Davies) in the morning and afternoon. We weeded a member's garden. It took forever but it was really fun and we got a nice farmers tan! I found some sweet bugs and worms too. After that, the family fet us lunch that was pretty much all from their garden. YUM. We visited the Cyperts tonight and the Dad and Mom were there!! They gave us their phone number to set up an appointment. The kids said that they want to get baptized!! I'm so excited to start teaching them. We walked everywhere at night and met so many more people. We have decided that we like walking more than driving and are going to try to do it more.

On Thursday we were able to set up an appointment with the Jensen's!! We are meeting with them on Tuesday (tomorrow). We had texted Jonnie to see if we could meet with her and just had a feeling that we neeeded to pull over and wait. Next thing we know she is blazing down the road in her car right past us! She called us a few minutes later and set up an appointment for Monday (Today, but we had to cancel because we have a training that we found out about yetsterday....GAH). Then we went and tracted Summer Street. We found this house and heard two people yelling and Sister Owens was like uuuuhhhh idk if we should go there. and I'm like heck no! They need the gospel! so we went and rang the doorbell and no one came so we just stood there and then we heard them yelling really loudly and kind of naughtily. So we just left. Maybe they will be ready next time haha.

Friday was such a fun and awesome day. Sometimes I wish that I would have 3 hours for personal study every day. there is just so much more I want to study and learn about! We were Tracting Lemmon Apartments again and ran into a girl named Candy. She is less active and sait that we could come back tomorrow. We tried knocking on a guy named Kevin's door again but he is never home when we try. Just as we were about to leave, he came down the stairs. He is kind of rough around the edges and likes to drink and smoke and was holding a huge carton of cigarettes and looked a bit uneasy, but we had no way out. We were going to just knock on the other door because they are members but decided to talk to him and he was so nice!! We learned about why he doesn't come to church and asked if he had ever thought of turning to Christ instead of bad habits. That got him thinking. He said we could come back sometime with his son and teach him :) Such a cute old man. Then we ran into the Spanish elders and they gave us a referral of a boy they are teaching who can speak english and has a hard time paying attention to them. They thought that the sisters would have more luck. Heck yes we will!!! Our motherly instincts will pay off for this one. His name is Adan. We had an appointment to teach Kim so we went over there but she was pretty distracted. someone who helps her was there (her name is Stephanie, who has the dog Lucy) and she asked if we could help her do Kim's craft with her and we said yes. Come to find out she is Less Active and is a devout Christian. She is so awesome! She even asked if we could just teach her what we had planned for Kim's. Duh of course we did. We talked a lot about the second coming, God's plan for us and missions. Kim came back in and we had a spiritual thought and a prayer. There is a girl Candice living with Kim and she had some interesting questions. Like how many wives certain people have. Or if we believe that Tabby cats have the letter M on their forehead because they licked the wounds of Jesus. I have never even heard of that! We just told her it wasn't important to study those things.I wish we would have been able to get Stephani'es info, but the situation was not appropriate to ask for it. After Kim's we went to the hamptons. Brother Hampton is out of town for the week and Sister hampton has 4 boys and a 2 week old girl. We wahsed all of her windows and the boys helped too. I always keep some candy, breath spray, and little toys in my back pack for the hampton boys. They LOVE it. They always tear into my backpack and get everything out haha. We went to Ron and Linda's for dinner. She made veggie Ratatoulli and Stawberry Ruhbarb pie. I was grossed out with the pie at first because i hate Ruhbarb, but to be honest i think it tied with Apple pie. I will get the recipe for you. SO GOOD!

Saturday morning we met with Candy. I just love her! It is amazing to see how  many trials people go through and still want to change! Im so pumped to be teaching her and getting to know her better! We got to go to POSSE at 12 and at 7pm. POSSE is basically a drill team for horses. Funnest thing ever. Find me a farm boy because I never want to leave Idaho! I wish I could send videos of POSSE, but the files are too big. I'll mail home the SD card once it's full.

Fast and Testimony meeting was SO great. Relief Society was my favorite. Brother Bellows from the bishopbric talked about Premortality. Some things he mentioned is that Christ is the firstborn of ALL first born's. Sisters were foredesignated for mortality. The Holy Ghost is the greatest givt in mortality, NOT the Atonement, because the Holy Ghost gives us access to the Atonement. The one thing that we promised in immortality is that we would bring his family back. The Husband's job is to bring his family back to Heavenly Father, and the wife's job is to let him :)

I get the weirdest dreams at night haha! They are always about robbing banks and me dying, or Seattle getting burned by volcanoes, but we are fine because we live on an lisland. Horses running across the tops of buildings to get away from the hot lava. haha they are so weird. maybe they are just telling me that I need to have a good food storage when i'm older haha.

I love the mission so much. Everyone here is so great! Make sure you are feeding the Missionaries wherever you are! I love you all so much! K.C. and Shane PLEASE get me your address and send me pictures! You guys can email me (text) videos and pictures to my email address.

Love,
Sister Kuhns
