Cami finds out she is going to a new area!

I am getting transferred! I am going to the Ammon Foothills Stake with Sister Woods. The stake consists of 10 wards. It is where all the windmills are :) Sister Woods is awesome! She has been serving at the VC for one transfer and is from England. She is hard working and fun to be around. I am going to miss Sister Jacobson :( She is going to BYU-Idaho! Our stake is also getting split! There will be elders and sisters now in the Central Stake! Crazy stuff.

Church-wide, there is a new position for Sister Missionaries called Sister Training Leaders. They conduct companion exchanges (up to 2 per week) and interact more with the sisters assigned to them. They also attend a leadership council monthly with the Mission President and his wife, the assistants and the zone leaders in the mission. Sister Turner and I are the Sister Training Leaders for the Idaho Falls area!! Sister Jacobson and her companion will be assigned in rexburg and surrounding areas and Sister Tomsik and Dingle are the sisters for the Pocatello area. I am very excited about this position! Sister Turner and I continue to be the VC Trainers too. This will be sister Turner's last transfer so there will be a new VC trainer and Sister Training Leader called next transfer! So many changes all of the time.

We have had some wonderful lessons with Cody lately! He is just amazing. He came to the Visitors' Center yesterday and we gave him a tour. He has quite the sense of humor as well. We were taking goofy pictures with him and he just looks at both of us and says "You sister's are crazy!" haha. He is having a pretty big surgery on May 12th (The day after his baptism) and he is kind of nervous. We hope that it goes ok!

Also, I can't remember if I told you but the Cervantes (now Fullmer) family is getting baptized on May 4th!!! They are the family that moved to Ammon. I AM SO EXCITED TO GO TO IT!!!!!!!!

We have been busy packing, saying good bye, and trying to get everything organized for the area to be split. I am really going to miss the Central Stake. It feels like home here!

Brother Waters (From Rigby) brought us cinnamon rolls for breakfast the other day. he is hilarious.

Oh another funny story, the Zone Leaders in the North Zone (Elder Kubie and Elder Higham) always keep a rubber duck on their antennae. We always steal it. Teva took us out to lunch the other day and we gave him the duck to protect. He drove the elders around two days later and kept the duck on his dash in the car. hahaha their reaction was hilarious! Teva has been coming to the VC just about every time we work now to see us. We have been having some wonderful lessons with him and he is progressing well :)

Well, I love you all! Sorry this is kind of short. Have a wonderful week :)
love,
Sister Kuhns
