Hello!!!

This week was great! On Thursday we had Zone Conference! We talked about the Plan of Salvation! It was a short training because we had a talent show and Christmas Program/Slideshow! For the Talent show, Sister Bushman sang a song and I played the piano for her. It was really pretty! Our mission has such talent! I wish I could send home videos :( My district leader and his companion and the Zone leaders did a hilarious skit about being Dear Johned. So funny. Then they did a slide show. I think it was Sister Brinkerhoff who sent it in but there was the ugliest picture of Sister Owens and I crying at the transfer site. I will send home a package soon with some stuff I don't need right now and I'll put the slideshow DVD in it. Just prepare yourself. It's nasty.

 Saturday was the best day of my mission by far! In the morning we went to the Christmas party for the 28th ward. We helped cook early in the morning and then we ate the food! They put on a little talent show too. It was really fun. After that we went to a less active lady's house and did some Christmas Crafts with her! We ate at her house for Thanksgiving. Then comes the best part of the day! We got to go to Rigby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jonnie got baptized! It was so so so good to see Sister Owens and some of the members there. I love Rigby! It was so Great to see Jonnie! Brent was able to baptize her. It was the sweetest experience. After they both got changed and came out, the Bishop started closing the baptism, and he says Jonnie and Brent have a suprise! They want to be married! So we threw jonnie some flowers and they stood up and the Bishop married them! Only the missionaries and the Bishop knew it was happening (Jonnie and Brent of course) so their families were shocked! It was the best! The Crystals took us home after the Baptism!  I'm pretty sure Rigby is Zion. I love it there. It is home to me

Something funny that happened...This family came into the VC the other day and they wanted to watch a movie. But the 14 year old girl Danielle did NOT want to watch the movie. So I said that I would hang out with her while the family watched the movie. So we went to the Mormon.org kiosk and watched some movies there and we ended up talking about dating and boys haha. Then I asked her if she wanted to go on a mission! And she said "Yes but ONLY  to England. I LOVE england!" elder Bishop was in a few minutes before and I was so bummed she didn't get to meet him! I remembered that I had the video of their talent show Skit with me, and you could hear his English accent in it. So I grabbed it, then I took Danielle with me into the Kinghorn's office and we watched it. She was SO excited! But then her mom walks in and is like What are you guys doing?!? And Danielle says "Don't worry mom! She told me all about dating and boys and missions and now we are watching an elder from England!" I guess you had to be there but the look on her mom's face was priceless. I think that she was okay with it....hopefully haha. It was fun.

Sister Corry and I wore the same dress to the VC yesterday.
Can you believe Christmas is almost here!!!??? Nuts!
For Zone Activity today we are playing a cross between dodgeball and kickball.....with STROBE LIGHTS!!!
